Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations Policy

• All donations made to House of Hope N Help India Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Once a donation is received, it is immediately allocated towards ongoing programs like education support, healthcare assistance, skill development, and community welfare.

• As per NGO practices and legal requirements in India, refunds cannot be issued once a donation has been processed, except in cases of genuine error.

Refund Conditions

• Duplicate Donation: If a donor accidentally makes more than one payment for the same cause.

• Transaction Error: If the payment was made due to a technical glitch or error in the payment gateway.

• Wrong Deduction: If the donor’s account is wrongly debited without confirmation of receipt on our end.

For such cases, donors must send a written request within 7 working days of the transaction along with transaction details, proof of payment, and valid identification.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations

• If you have opted for recurring donations, you can request cancellation by emailing us at fhelpindia@gmail.com at least 7 working days before the next scheduled payment.

• Any payment already processed before cancellation will not be refunded.

Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days and credited to the original mode of payment (bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI).

• House of Hope N Help India Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system or payment gateway providers
